Lasting Impact
Our pilot programs in Kenya and Uganda demonstrated real impact, with the farmers seeing improved food security and incomes as they put their training in permaculture design into practice, create their model farms, and built collaborative networks with other farmers in their communities. Our first pilot project in Kenya ended successfully early in 2020, our 2nd project in Uganda completed in the summer of 2021 and our 3rd project, back in Kenya, ended in September 2023.
