Help us reach our campaign goal to cover the operating costs for Farmers Alliance for Restoration- East Africa in 2026, so that they can continue with their work empowering farming communities to restore ecosystems and social systems to achieve eco-social resilience.

There are three options for donors to Farmers Alliance for Restoration (formerly permEzone):-

  • US donors can donate through Empowerment Works, Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

  • UK donors can donate through Permaculture Association (Britain).

  • Anyone can donate directly to Farmers Alliance for Restoration- East Africa, an NGO registered in Kenya.

Our pilot programs in Kenya and Uganda demonstrated real impact, with the farmers seeing improved food security and incomes as they put their training in permaculture design into practice, created model farms, and built collaborative networks with other farmers in their communities. Our first pilot project in Kenya ended successfully early in 2020, our 2nd project in Uganda completed in the summer of 2021 and our 3rd project, back in Kenya, ended in September 2023.
The contributions you make now will go directly to support the work of Farmers Alliance for Restoration- East Africa.
